About Our Program

Open Arms Safe Haven – Trauma Recovery Centers (OASH-TRC) is a licensed Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP) dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and clinically informed residential environment for youth who have experienced trauma, instability, and complex mental health challenges.

We are committed to helping young people heal, stabilize, and move forward toward permanency, well-being, and success within a family and community setting.

Our program is grounded in trauma-informed care, cultural humility, and clinical excellence, and is designed to support youth with dignity, compassion, and accountability.

At Open Arms Safe Haven, our goal is to help youth stabilize, rebuild self-belief, and successfully transition into safe, permanent placements with renewed purpose and optimism. We recognize that healing does not happen in isolation it happens through consistency, connection, accountability, and care.

Through individualized treatment planning and evidence-based behavioral support, we meet each young person where they are and help them move forward with clarity and direction.

Youth engage in one-on-one therapy sessions with licensed professionals in a safe, supportive setting to process trauma, manage emotions, and develop healthy coping strategies.

THE OPEN ARMS YOUTH HAVEN (Ages 10–17)
A short-term therapeutic residential program providing safety, structure, and healing-centered support.
Program Features:
 

  • 24/7 supervision and care

Support Network

Healing Through Engagement
We believe meaningful engagement is essential to growth. By combining therapy with movement, mentorship, and community exposure, youth are given healthy outlets to process emotions, rebuild trust, and develop practical life skills.

    Aftercare & Transition Support
    We support each youth’s transition beyond the haven by coordinating resources, developing aftercare plans, and ensuring continuity of support.
